In the Organization plan, you can group your projects into different folders with Workspaces.
This comes especially in handy if your team has a high number of projects to organize across different departments, products, or clients.

Who can use this feature
- Workspaces is an Enterprise feature.
- Only Owners and Admins in the organization can create and delete workspaces. Team members can create projects in existing workspaces, and move projects between them.
Please note
- If you’re on the Organization plan, all projects belong to the General workspace by default. The General workspace can't be deleted.
- Each maze can only be a part of one workspace.
- It isn’t possible to create subfolders inside workspaces.
- At the moment, all members have access to projects inside all workspaces. The ability to restrict access to a workspace to specific members isn’t supported yet.
Create a workspace
Only owners and admins will be able to create workspaces. Learn more about roles and permissions
To create a new workspace:
- In the side navigation, click the + (Create workspace) button.
- Enter a unique name for your new workspace. The name shouldn’t exceed 31 characters.
- When you’re ready, click Create workspace.
View all workspaces
You can view all workspaces on your team in the side navigation bar.
- If you've never starred a workspace, click View all workspaces.
- If you've starred one or more workspaces already, click All workspaces at the top of the list.
Pin workspaces to the side navigation bar
You can pin workspaces to the side navigation bar to make them more easily accessible. To pin/unpin, click the Pin icon ().
Move projects between workspaces
To move a single project:
- Open the workspace that contains the project.
- Hover over the project card and click the ••• (Actions) icon.
- Select Move in the drop-down.
- Select the workspace you want to move the project to.
- Click the Move button to confirm.
To move projects in bulk:
- Open the workspace that contains the projects.
- Click the checkbox on the top left corner of each project card to select the projects you want to move.
- On the action bar at the bottom of the screen, click Move.
- Select the workspace you want to move the project to.
- Click the Move button to confirm.
Rename a workspace
To rename a workspace:
- Open the relevant workspace.
- Open the Settings (
) menu.
- Under Rename, enter a unique new name for the workspace. The name shouldn’t exceed 31 characters.
- When you’re ready, click Save.
Delete a workspace
Please note:
- Deleted workspaces can’t be restored. When you delete a workspace, all projects inside will be permanently deleted as well, unless you move them beforehand to a different workspace.
- The General workspace can't be deleted — it is the default workspace that can be used as a collaborative space for your entire team.
- Only Owners and Admins in the organization can delete workspaces.
To delete a workspace:
- Open the relevant workspace.
- Open the Settings (
) menu.
- Click Delete.
- If there are projects inside the workspace, you’ll have the option to move them.
- To confirm, click the Delete button.
