If you opt to log in to Maze using a Google account, we link your Maze account to that Google account and disable email changes and password reset emails.
Therefore, if you need to change your email address, the process is a bit more complicated if you've linked Maze and Google.
There are three steps to changing your email address if you've linked your Maze account to Google:
Step 1: Contact Maze Support to unlink your Maze and Google accounts
Reach out to the Maze Support team from the email address in question, requesting that we disconnect your Maze and Google accounts.
Step 2: Login via email address and password
After our Support team has unlinked your Maze account from Google, you will need to log in to your Maze account, using your email address and password.
If you haven't previously logged in using this method, you will need to reset your password in order to do so.
Step 3: Update the email address
Once you have unlinked the Google account and logged into Maze using your email address and password, follow the instructions found here: Changing the email address on your Maze account
