Updating your email address
To change the email address associated with your Maze account:
- Log in to your Maze account.
- Hover over the profile icon on the bottom left corner.
- Click Personal settings.
- Enter the updated email address in the 'Email' field.
Click Update my information. The new email address will appear as "Unverified".
- Go to the inbox of the newly updated email address, and click the Confirm email button in the confirmation email to wrap up the email update process.
Email already used
If you enter an email address that is currently being used by another Maze account, you will see the following error:
Your information hasn't been updated: Email already used
If you see this error, you will need to update the email address on that Maze account first. This will free up the email address that you intend to use.
