If you want to test your prototype on a mobile or tablet device, the Maze PWA allows you to offer your testers an immersive testing experience.
Although it’s possible to test mobile prototypes, Maze doesn’t currently support testing your own live native (i.e. iOS or Android) apps. If this is a requirement for your team, please share your feedback with us.

What are Progressive Web Apps?
Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) are websites that load, look, and feel just like apps. They’re installable on the user’s home screen, without the need to download them from an app store.
A PWA gives a full user experience that feels like a real app on the device, without the hassle of downloading it from an app store. PWAs are fast, reliable, and provide users with a more “app-like” experience.
When to use the Maze PWA
The Maze PWA is perfect if you want to test your prototype on mobile or tablet devices.
With our PWA, your testers can complete your maze on their device seamlessly and experience your prototype at its full capacity.
You’ll be able to gather the insights you need while offering your testers a real experience of what your app will look and feel like when it’s live.
Before you start
- URL tags/parameters aren’t currently supported in the PWA.
