When should I opt for annual vs. monthly billing?
A yearly commitment is a convenient option for reducing the frequency of payments and administrative hassle.
However, it's not a good fit if you know that you won't be using Maze the entire year, or if you need to add seats temporarily but won't need those additional seats the entire year.
If you're using Maze for a single project, just trying it out, or will often need to add/remove team members for short periods of time, then you should purchase Maze with monthly billing since it's not possible to switch from annual to monthly billing.
How to change your billing frequency
Please note that we don't offer refunds for unused service or other charges, as discussed in our Terms of Service. If you've purchased Maze for a full year, it isn't possible to cancel or switch to monthly billing before that year is up. If you have questions about our refund policy or the annual billing commitment, please reach out before upgrading.
