When should I opt for annual vs. monthly billing?
If you opt to purchase Maze with annual billing, you will receive Maze's paid features at a discount (as shown in maze.co/pricing) in exchange for making a yearlong commitment. This is a great option for lowering your costs if you know that you'll be using Maze the entire year. However, it's not a good fit if you know that you won't be using Maze the entire year, or if you need to add seats temporarily but won't need those additional seats the entire year.
If you're using Maze for a single project, just trying it out, or will often need to add/remove team members for short periods of time, then you should purchase Maze with monthly billing since you cannot switch from annual to monthly billing.
