If you receive over 500 responses, you will start seeing a warning in app.maze.co:
500+ answers collected Your maze has received more than 500 answers. This maze will stop after collecting 2000 answers.
Mazes that exceed 2000 responses will automatically stop collecting results. Testers can no longer open the maze link and they'll see the following message instead:
