Overview
When you launch an unmoderated study live, we run a final validation check to make sure there are no unexpected issues that could affect your participants' experience. If there is an issue, we will prevent the study from going live. One such error reads Missing page. This error occurs when one or more of your screens did not successfully sync to Maze from your prototype.
Solution
Refresh your prototype
Your first step should be refreshing your prototype as sometimes this error occurs when there's a one-time sync issue from the prototype you imported.
We would recommend reviewing your task blocks to ensure that your expected paths are still as you'd intended since any paths using the affected screens could potentially need to be rebuilt. Once you've verified it looks good, you should be able to launch the duplicate study live and delete the original broken one.
Duplicate the affected study
If refreshing the study and fixing any broken paths doesn't address the issue, then the issue may be the result of unexpectedly invalid screen data. In that case, duplicating the affected study, will generally fix any data inconsistencies. Once you've duplicated the affected study, you should be able to launch the duplicate study live and delete the original broken one.
If you continue to experience this issue even with the duplicated study, please contact Support and we'd be glad to troubleshoot further.
