When exporting individual Clips recordings, you might notice that the download and fullscreen options are not available for users who took the test on a mobile device without the Maze Participate app, or who did not enable screen recording permissions.
In such cases, we display the screens in the path taken by the tester, rather than the actual interactions. Because this is not a true screen recording, it isn't available for export or to be viewed in fullscreen.
If you need to download Clips recordings for your test sessions on mobile, you must have your participants use the App Test block in conjunction with the Maze Participate mobile app to successfully record on a mobile device.
