Define your research approach
There are two main approaches to user testing: moderated and unmoderated. Both methods have benefits and disadvantages. Choosing the right approach depends on various factors, and isn’t always a clear-cut decision.
What is a study?
A study is a unit of research in Maze. Studies can be unmoderated (mazes) or moderated (interview studies).
