Do you recruit with User Interviews and conduct research in Maze? Our Maze integration allows you to connect the two tools for seamless participant recruitment and tracking.
How it works:
- Build out your unmoderated task in Maze
- Recruit and screen participants with User Interviews
- Link the two projects with a few clicks & “Command+V”
- We’ll redirect participants and track completions for you!
Note on screening: When conducting recruitment via User Interviews for your Maze study, it is recommended that you create and use a screener solely within your User Interviews study. It is not recommended that you also have a screener within your Maze study unless you have a need to double screen your participants.
How to set up the User Interviews integration
Navigate to the “Research Activity” tab of your unmoderated project. Click the "Add" button to specify where the task is located.
Select Maze as the task platform.
Follow the steps to connect the two tools. User Interviews will provide a step-by-step guide in-app to ensure your projects are successfully linked, participants will be redirected to the right place, and completions will be tracked automatically.
As a final step, you can preview and test the experience to ensure that everything is working as expected. We generally recommend this step once you’ve already created your study inside of Maze and the integration setup is mostly complete.
If you happen to make changes and want to re-test the experience, make sure to paste in the new study link in Step 1 before clicking the “Preview and Confirm set-up” button to test.
