We know how important system reliability is to your work. At Maze, we prioritize transparency by keeping you informed about the status of our systems and infrastructure, and by clearly communicating whenever there’s an interruption.
We provide real-time visibility into the uptime and availability of Maze’s systems and infrastructure through our public status page so you can quickly understand how things are running at any time.
Uptime is the amount of time a system is available and operating as expected over a given period. Each component on the status page can be in one of the following statuses:
- Operational
- Under maintenance
- Degraded performance
- Partial outage
- Full outage
Of these, Partial outage and Full outage are considered down statuses. Operational, Under maintenance, and Degraded performance are considered up statuses.
A system is considered up when it isn’t affected by a full or partial outage that prevents you from using it as intended.
We calculate uptime as the percentage of time a component remains in an up status during a given period. For example, if a component is up for 40 minutes and down for 20 minutes in a one-hour window, its uptime is 66%.
For group uptime, only components configured to display uptime are included. A group is considered up only if all included components are in an up status.
Maze’s uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA) is 99.5%.
