You may occasionally notice an endless loader on the Get started button of a maze, making it impossible to continue to the test.
While larger mazes may take a few moments to load, you should also know certain issues may cause loading to stall altogether, particularly in relation to Figma prototypes.
Troubleshooting
Try using a different browser
Because of an ongoing issue, Figma prototypes may occasionally not load in the prototype preview when using Safari.

Confirm your mobile OS version
Maze loading issues can sometimes arise when memory timeouts cause prototypes to crash altogether on Figma's side, especially in older operating systems.
In the past, our team has identified a few Figma errors in iOS 14 specifically. If you or your testers have been running into issues while on iOS 14, we recommend updating to a more recent version of iOS.
Optimize your Maze file
We use Figma's prototype embed feature when loading Figma prototypes so that your prototypes render exactly as they appear in Figma. This allows you to take advantage of many of their native features, but it also means that you may encounter issues when loading particularly large Figma prototypes or files in Maze.
Mobile device users in particular can struggle to open tests associated with large Figma files or prototypes because of the relatively small amount of memory they have. On iOS devices, the memory limits implemented by Apple may cause the test to time out and crash completely or you may be returned to the welcome screen repeatedly.
