If you need to update the card details, billing email, or billing address used for your purchases on Maze, follow the guidance in this article:
- Update your card on file
- Update the company name/address
- Update the billing email
- Remove the card information
Please note
All Maze subscriptions renew automatically either monthly or annually, depending on the billing option you selected when upgrading.

Update your card on file
Follow these steps to change the card associated with your Maze payments. Once complete, all future subscription charges for your account will be billed to the card on file.
To add a new card:
- Make sure the relevant paid team is selected using the drop-down in the upper left corner.
- Hover over Settings (
) at the bottom left corner of the side navigation, and click Team Settings.
- Open the Team billing tab.
- Under Payment settings, click the Edit icon (
) next to 'Payment method'.
- Enter the number, expiry date, and CVC of the card you'd like to use in your Maze billing going forward, and click Save.
Update the company name/address
To add or update your company name and/or address on future invoices:
- Make sure the relevant paid team is selected using the drop-down in the upper left corner.
- Hover over Settings (
) at the bottom left corner of the side navigation, and click Team Settings.
- Open the Team billing tab.
- Under Payment settings, click the Edit icon (
) next to 'Company' and/or 'Address'.
- Enter the necessary details in the edit modal, then click Save.
Update the billing email
Billing emails (e.g. overdue alerts) are sent to the address of the team owner. If you want to receive billing notifications at a different email address, you'll need to transfer the ownership of the team to that address.
At the moment, it isn’t possible to transfer the ownership of a paid team to a different member on your end.
If you need to change your team owner, please reach out to our Support team. For security reasons, this change needs to be requested or authorized by the current team owner.
Remove the card information
Only the owner on an inactive (i.e. cancelled) team can remove the card information. Learn how to cancel your subscription
