As participants complete your maze, you’ll start seeing insights in the Results dashboard.

Select the Open Question block to see an AI-generated analysis of collective sentiment across all responses, split into Positive, Neutral, or Negative.
Themes (Team and Organization plans only)
Themes enable you to label responses to an Open Question question block, helping you identify recurring patterns across results.
Responses (all plans)
Scroll down on the Results page to see AI-generated summaries for each participant's response on the block.
Click View conversation under each summary to see the exact answers to the initial and follow-up questions.
Use the sentiment dropdown if you need to override the AI-attributed sentiment of an individual response.
Flagging follow-up questions and results
If you’re not happy with the AI-generated follow-up questions, summary, or sentiment analysis for a specific answer, you can report it.
To report an issue with the AI-generated content of the block:
- Open the More menu (•••) next to each answer.
- Select Report from the drop-down.
- Select your reason for reporting.
- If possible, add more details about why you’re reporting the AI-generated questions and/or results. This will help our team better understand the issue.

Close-ended questions
For Multiple Choice, Opinion Scale, and Yes/No blocks, you can view aggregated results at the top, and scroll down to the bottom to see each response.
For Simple Inputs, you’ll see a list with each response.
Filter your results
When reviewing your results, it can be helpful to refine the data to help you answer specific questions.
Filters allow you to narrow down results data based on participant metadata or by block answer/outcome.

Reports
Maze reports make it easy to analyze, share, and present your results data. Reports are automatically generated for every live maze tested with at least one tester.
Export your results
To export your results data, open the More menu (•••) and click Export as CSV file or Export as image.
