Unlock the full potential of moderated research. Maze Interview Studies allows your team to streamline analysis and sharing of insights from user interviews.
Who can use this feature
- Maze Interview Studies are an Organization plan feature.
- Only team members can work together in interview studies. External collaborators can't be invited to interview studies. Learn more about roles and permissions
Please note that the following features aren’t available for the time being:
- Recruiting and scheduling participants: At the moment, Maze doesn’t support purpose-specific functionality dedicated to helping you recruit participants for user interviews — be it your own users, or testers from our panel. That said, you can source participants by sending out a maze to a relevant audience, or adding a prompt to your website. You can then schedule respondents via email or telephone.
- Integrations: For the time being, it’s only possible to import session recordings from Zoom. Integrations with other conferencing platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams, Google Meet) are not yet available.
If you’d be interested in any of these features, please let our team know!
Organize your research data
Mazes and interview studies are complementary to each other during a research project.
Similarly to mazes, you can create interview studies from a project in Maze. You’ll see interview studies on a separate list on the project page.
Extract insights from sessions
After adding your first learning, you can access the study's results.
Here, you can identify common themes across learnings and organize your data to present it to your stakeholders.
Delete participant data
Maze stores your participant data (such as interview recordings and transcripts) so that you can continue to have access to it until you choose to delete it.
If you no longer need access to it, or have received a data subject request, you have the option to delete all data associated with a study.
