Maze uses artificial intelligence (AI) to build features that elevate your experience with the Maze platform.

The Maze AI features fall under two separate categories, powered by different providers.

OpenAI and Rev.ai don’t use Maze customers' data submitted via the API (such as your results, testers’ recordings or other types of data) to train their models or improve their services.
Any data sent through both the OpenAI and Rev.ai APIs is retained for a maximum of 30 days and then permanently deleted.
